In addition, our Biophora Educator, Tracy Desmarteaux is available for in-depth orientation or training. Tracy is a certified medical esthetician, skin care specialist, laser technician, and instructor. With 16 years in the industry, Tracy trained and worked under the supervision of Dr. Robin Billick, Chief of Dermatology at the Jewish General Hospital in Montreal, alongside of Dr. Ari Benchitrit, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. She owned and operated her own medispa, worked as Medical Director of Cosmedica Medispa in Pointe Claire, and has subsequently managed and performed consulting services to medispas and doctor’s offices for 12 years with a focus on chemical peel treatments, medical laser protocols, and effective marketing strategies through education and authentic customer-care principles. Tracy’s passionate and entertaining approach to learning, offers ongoing-interactive, highly-motivational, and informative trainings to elevate the Biophora experience to a whole new level of technical understanding and excellence in client service.
